Wondering where your package is? Here's how to check its status in a few seconds.
1. Use the link in your shipping email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Tap the tracking link in that email to see live updates.
2. Sign in to your account
Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see all your orders and their tracking details.
3. Track with the Shop app
Orders from our store sync automatically to the Shop app, where you can get delivery notifications and live tracking.
Delivery times
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 days. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show updates after you get your shipping email.
